As the core of Westchester Land Trust’s preservation work, conservation easements have tremendous benefits for the environment, for the community and for the landowners who donate them.

Westchester Land Trust has completed more than 170 conservation easements, protecting almost 4,300 acres, in 20 communities and in parcels ranging from 700 acres to less than one acre.
