We promise members of our Terra Fina Society that we'll do something special for them each year. We've had historical lectures, tours of energy-efficient, green homes, storytellers for kids and other events.
This year we're featuring a tour of Westchester Wilderness Walk, guided by its founder, Paul Zofnass, followed by a fantastic picnic lunch with Paul and his wife, Renee Ring, at their home in Pound Ridge.
If you've never been to Westchester Wilderness Walk, this is the time to go - and bring the family. We're specifically designing this event for kids as well as adults.
The Wilderness Walk covers more than 150 acres in the rugged terrain of Pound Ridge between Upper Shad Road and South Bedford Road. A trail system, designed and maintained by Paul and his family, winds through the woods and was laid out to give the best perspective on every interesting natural feature Paul could find.
We guarantee it will be a terrific day. Become a member of Westchester Land Trust's Terra Fina Society, and we'll send you an invitation.
Terra Fina Society members are donors whose annual contributions to Westchester Land Trust are $2,500 or higher.
